Returns & 30-day trial

At Evite you get 30 days to try out your order at your leisure. Whether it's a breast pump, bottle warmer or any of our other products, we want you to be able to truly experience if it suits you. 

Still not completely satisfied? Then you can return the product. We do ask that it be returned clean, complete and tidy, preferably in its original packaging. This way we can handle the return process carefully and smoothly. 

We understand that a product may not always be returned completely unused. In most cases, we assume the cost of hygienic replacement or loose parts. Only in cases of obvious damage such as a fall, water damage or heavy use marks may a small fee be deducted. 

Email us atinfo@eviteshop.nlwith your order number and reason for return. We will send you clear instructions and make sure everything is handled properly.
