Problems with your product

Check that all parts are properly and firmly connected and clean. Even a small part that is mismatched or worn can cause loss of vacuum. In the box you will find an extra set of valves. Try replacing these. You can also swap parts between the two pumps to find out what's causing it. Also make sure you are using the right size attachment. A size that is too small or too large can cause less milk production or no good vacuum. Use the measuring card from the box or contact us if you are unsure. We are happy to send another size to try.

Use a standard adapter of no more than 5 watts. Fast chargers or chargers that are too powerful can cause malfunctions. Also try a different USB cable or adapter if necessary. Press and hold the power and plus buttons at the same time. This may help reset any malfunction. Is the bike still not working or does it not seem to be charging? Then send us a short video showing how you try this. That way we can watch it with you directly.

Start with stimulation mode or massage mode to initiate milk flow. Then switch to pump mode or automatic mode. Only increase the suction if it feels comfortable. Everyone experiences this differently, so feel free to try what works best for you.

Check that the washers are placed properly and in the correct direction. Also make sure the adapter fits properly. For 53-millimeter vials, it sometimes works better without an adapter. Fill the bottle warmer with water and quietly check where it may be leaking.

Use a standard USB cable and try another adapter if necessary. Make sure the bottle warmer is upright and in good contact with the surface. We recommend fully charging the bottle warmer from zero to 100 percent a few times in the beginning. Does the problem persist? Then send us a short video showing what happens during charging.
